1. About Our Platform
Events by Sancosco operates an online marketplace connecting customers with event and wedding vendors for discovery, enquiry, booking, and token payment. We are a technology and coordination platform. Vendors remain responsible for delivering their listed services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register or book.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Vendors must submit truthful business details and required verification documents.
3. Accounts & Roles
- Customers may browse vendors, send enquiries, create bookings, and pay tokens.
- Vendors may publish listings, packages, and respond to bookings subject to approval and compliance.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
4. Bookings & Payments
- Prices, packages, and availability are shown based on vendor/portal data and may change until payment confirmation.
- Token payments are processed via Razorpay or other authorised gateways.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment / acceptance as reflected in the portal status.
- Commercial rates (token %, GST label, commissions) follow admin-configured settings.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Deliver services as described in listings and packages.
- Honour confirmed dates and communicate changes promptly.
- Comply with applicable local laws, licences, and safety requirements.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event requirements and timelines.
- Make payments as prompted by the portal.
- Treat vendors and staff respectfully and lawfully.
7. Reviews & Content
Users may leave reviews for eligible bookings. Content must be honest and non-defamatory. We may moderate or remove content that violates policy or law.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform design, branding, software, and original content belong to Events by Sancosco or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Events by Sancosco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from vendor performance, event outcomes, or third-party services. Our role is to facilitate discovery, booking workflows, and payments. Direct vendor–customer service disputes should first be raised through the portal support channels.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Events by Sancosco against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, inaccurate information, or unlawful conduct.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Amritsar, Punjab shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
